This app feels like an advertisement to me

The app is initially very pleasing visually. I was excited to try it out. I found the "type yourself" part of the app very superficial. I had hoped it would be a more objective way of determining my type rather than a subjective self-evaluation. I am not sure that people are well enough supported in the world to know themselves well at this deep level.

The rest of the app feels like an advertisement for the author more than an actual tool to assist with the exploration of your enneagram type. How were the enneagram types for the famous people determined? Are there other authors of enneagram books and works? Is there any discussion of the differences in their approaches? Which branch of the enneagram originators did the authors work stem from?

I know the author did a great deal of work to create this app, but this is information for the world, not a promotional tool for the author.
